  Fitting instructions for
Put the  stockings on before starting your journey.
Before pulling the stocking on turn it "inside-out" right down to the foot.
This helps you slip easily into the foot section.
Please check the correct fit at the heel.
Smooth the leg section up evenly up your leg, taking care not to twist the stocking, pull on the edges, or overstretch it.
If you have pulled the stocking up too far, ease it back down to your ankle, and then pull it up again with less stretch.

  Precautions

  • Beware of sharp fingernails and rings! To avoid damaging the fine knit please slide your fingers into the stocking carefully.
  • Rough, hard skin over the heel can easily damage the stocking because the heel has to slide through the narrow leg section.
  • Please ensure that the insides of your shoes are in good condition. Damaged linings increase friction and can quickly cause damage.
  • Please do not repair the stockings yourself – this could impair the quality and effectiveness.
  •  stockings are largely resistant to ointment, skin moisture, and other environmental factors. However, certain combinations may reduce their durability.

  Contraindications

  • We must ask you if you suffer from arterial disease, diabetes or peripheral neuropathy. If you do then before you order you should ask your doctor whether it is advisable for you to wear a  compression stocking.
  • If you have varicose veins on the upper part of your leg or particularly behind the knee then before purchasing  stockings, which are only knee length garments, you are advised to consider wearing thigh length stockings. Our  Customer Service Department will assist you and can be contacted directly.
